I get so caught up in working full time at Dunning Subaru, roasting coffee and being present in the world that I forget to acknowledge all the coffee compliments I get on a daily basis. All types of people are calling me from all over to praise me for Roos Roast! Thank you People!
When a hobby grows into a small business it's easy to forget the innitial idea.
The motivation behind Roos Roast: "Make Great Coffee"
When I hear from people like Nichole Achram who first tasted my coffee during her bridal shower at Eve Restaurant and she is telling me about her friends back in New York who keep asking about the coffee at her bridal dinner? Or Kent Tribilcox chef of Grace Restaurant in Lynchburg Virgina who says that he's getting coffee compliments over and over because of Roos Roast. This isn't bragging I just want thank everyone for all the motivation and great feed back. Talk to you soon Who wants a small super colorful cafe in Ann Arbor?
