"Cake made in honor of Roos Roast?"

DSC05537sm[1] (32k image) How about Cakes made in honor of local Artisans? These were no ordinary cakes each cake is part of Heather Leavitt’s thesis work at the
U of M. A semester in Italy inspired Heather to take her work as an artist chef to the next level and on Saturday night at Every Day Cook above Everyday Wine in Kerry town she hosted a show titled: “Home Made.”
When Heather wanted to hang out while I roasted coffee to get ideas for a cake based on me and Roos Roast I had no idea what to expect? I have to say the Show, and the cakes blew my mind I wanted to share this picture of the cake and Heather and I taken by Tarek A. Joseph. Tarek.
