New arrival: Rain Forest Alliance Salvador Cerro Las Panas Pea Berry.
“Cerro Las Panas” translated means “Hill of Frogs” These little frogs inhabit the forest where this coffee grows. They migrate from the top to the bottom of the hill and back again each season. The wonderful taste of this coffee is due in-part to the pulp natural fermentation process which takes place during the drying. The Coffee fruit is squeezed to remove the bean and then then raw coffee is turned on massive drying patios carefully over and over till coffee is ready for roasting. Order some today.
Here’s what Dave of Natural World Bakery thought of this great coffee:
Packed with Personality, Roasted with with Pride, 100% percolated generosity!
A satisfying flavor sealed with enthusiasm, Never bitter! Filled with
freshness and fun.
Always worth the second cup.
