Chelsea Gallery’s Hosted Coffee Class was a smash!

I would like to thank Doris, Gary, Marilyn, Becky, Ian and all the great folks who attended the Gallery Class yesterday. I smoked the place out a little with my mini roaster and we eat some great quiche, drank excellent coffee and learned the ways of Roos in the presence of so much great art. If you are in Chelsea make sure you stop in and check out the art and try the best Espresso around.

Don’t forget my next class at the last Bohemian Adventure AKA the Barnsy Barn is going to be on October 7th 2007 at 10:45 AM at the. Lots of people have shown an interest in fact every day I get e-mail inquiries about the class. If you know you are going to attend just go to the buy coffee page and search coffee class and pay. This helps me to know how many people to plan for. We had 20 people at the Gallery yesterday and everyone really enjoyed it.
