Class, tasting , however you title the roasting class experience I always come away that much knowledge-able and that much more inspired in my quest for the perfect cup. One thing for sure everyone involved got some good laughs. As serious as I take the task of giving a class or of the beverage it self, first and foremost I put on the class to entertain and satisfy other quest for excellence in coffee and moments of improv.

I want to thank the great group of people who attended the barnsy barn event. When is the next class? It’s going to be the 1st Sunday of every month, so next month is November and the class will be on November 4, 2007 and hope fully we can at least wear long sleeves. Yesterday was HOT!
