Double Cappuccino at Café Ambrosia. - Wednesday, September 27th

Living & breathing, humans reading in a café setting. Book worms unite! The scent of a freshly lit cigarette outside actually smells good and authentic. Café spoken here. They serve Roos Roast as their organic coffee and the espresso is top notch
The landscape of people makes up for everything missing from what people are always wanting. What’s missing is replaced by the sheer perfection of the city. This location is like New York if you look at New York in terms of Burroughs and Hoods. Ambrosia is what people search for when in New York as an escape from New York. That is to say it is a sidewalk café where you say hello to someone and something happens to your heartstrings. Look forward to future Roos Roast Café Reviews in future Blogs.

Rare, Exotic, One Of A Kind...Coffee - Tuesday, September 12th

I said to my person Elise this morning as we savored our coffee, “We are probably the only people in the whole world drinking this fine combination of coffees right now.” She didn’t say a word. But I kept thinking, “This is really something special. Hawaiian Wialua and Jamaican Blue Mountain. Money in the mouth.”
The only reason we’re able to do this is because I have devoted all my waking hours and the small moments of every day to roasting coffee, sharing coffee, and asking people if they would like some coffee. I keep running into all kinds of great people who are as crazy about coffee as me. And that is how I keep making coffee connections.
“Why can’t my customers enjoy this fine combination of two rare beans?” I said, “Because it would cost too much?” Elise spoke up, “Too much what?” She was right. There are many people for whom quality out weighs quantity, especially when it comes to coffee, and who would pay for the exclusive right and deliciousness of drinking the best rare coffees.
Small batch roast to order delivered to their doorstep. If you’d like me to get the premium beans let me know because I have the connections. Keep checking the blog because I'm going to start doing Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti cafe reviews.

Boomers Loves Them Some Starbucks - Sunday, September 3rd

Many of us and a majority of the baby boomer population missed out on the Be Bop Bohemian era, and we romanticize about what it might have been like. Without knowing it, when Starbucks burned their first batch of coffee they were sending out smoke signals to all of us starved for what we might have missed. Not that Starbucks provides this but it hints at a figment of the Bohemian Life. I don’t even know what I’m saying here, but Starbucks show me the love. I want to eat off your crumbs.
