All this Web - Sunday, October 29th
It's like being able to produce your own TV show, publish your own book, promote your own business or talk to all your friends and their friends at the same time. Or so we think. Here, is the funny thing when I look to see how many people visit my site on myspace those 166 visits are all me! Checking out how cool I am. I'm sure some one has pointed this out to you or you have thought of it, but my point is everything on the web is only as good as your personality in real life. We have got to get out there and come to the up coming events. Wait it's not freezing cold outside it's really really nice and there are the new coffees that I have are incredible! This Ethiopian Harrar is so wild, sweet, smooth and complex you just want to start eating the bean raw. Another new coffee I have right now is the Peruvian Le Florida did you hear me say smooth I did and mellow and all the things you want from your morning cup. Both coffees are fair trade and organic. Get out there and talk to people! Yay!

He Big Man Who Wear Tie In Michigan Poetry Reading and T-shirt Release Party - Friday, October 27th
I would rather wear a tie and have a job living in Michigan. Shoot, I would rather have a job living anywhere. I think you know what I mean if you live in Michigan. As we are going into the dark, wet, cold, days where the landscape goes amazingly flat and dark all day long and sometimes there is little hope except in whatever the mind can imagine. If your imagination need a recharge I have just the thing for you:
Mark your calendars for the evening of November 11th 7:30 PM 410 W. Huron St. In what was the heart of Ann Arbor in the 1890’s. Roos Roast is going to host a reading at the roasting barn (follow the map on the web site and you’ll find the place)
We are proud to have Robert Strong and who will read from his latest book “Puritan Spectacle.” “It is by turns, startling and profound, playful and terrifying, utterly original yet, seemingly, simply overheard.” Nick Flynn author of Some Ether, and Another Bullshit Night in Suck City.
Other guest readers will be announced and there will be an after party which you won’t want to miss! Actually this is going to be a social event with a reading attached to it for some structure and control. Roos Roast is going to provide snacks and coffee and the new Roos Roast t-shirts will be on sale for the first time.

That's why I roast Coffee and sell cars and as long as the boss lets me paint paintings in my office I'm going to keep on selling cars. O. C. (Over Coffee) - Sunday, October 1stHas anyone heard of the guy (Formally known as Rafael Antonio Lozano, he changed it for his mission) who is going around trying to drink a cup of coffee at every Starbucks. I just wanted to know why? I guess he really likes traveling and the taste of dry smoky tasting football-ish card board coffee. His name now is simply Winter. The good thing is his mission is The elimination of global conflict which I can’t argue with go check it out. I wonder if he has a second to check out some Roos Roast. Let me know. http://www.radaronline.com/features/2006/09/starbucks_jones.php
