We are thrilled to offer this coffee from the AAAK Cooperative in Papua New Guinea. AAAK stands for Apo, Angra and Kange – the words for ‘Unity’ in the three major local languages. Coffee brings the world together in more ways than one. AAAK is the only cooperative in PNG to unify so many disparate tribes, and they are proud of the role that coffee plays in promoting unity.

The Roos Crew was blown away by this juicy and complex coffee. There are lots of layers in this one! It's juicy and balanced with notes of honeycomb, rootbeer, raw cacao nibs and dried figs. A pleasure to drink!
