Ethiopian coffee lovers rejoice! This is it, it's what you already know and love about naturally processed Ethiopian coffees. We taste classic notes of raspberry, blueberry, a little lemon and a bright sweetness.
This coffee is produced by the Oromia Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union which supports around 400 individual cooperatives--more than 400,000 households, by far the largest unionization of farmers in the country.
This region of Ethiopia is known for producing some of the highest quality coffee in all of Ethiopia. With lovely fruit forward notes and a full, clean body, we understand the hype!
