Natural Honduras COMSA
We are so excited to bring back this Organic, Fair Trade Certified coffee from Honduras! Lovingly referred to as the 'Nat Hondo' by the Roos Crew, this coffee blows us away with its body and juiciness!
The COMSA (Cafe Organico Marcala Sociedad Anonima) co-operative not only works hard to follow rigorous organic and regenerative farming practices but they educate local Marcala farmers as well. What began as a way for 62 small-scale coffee farmers to sell their coffee at competitive prices in 2001 is now a flourishing co-op with over 1,200 members- and a waiting list.
We have loved these beans for years- and you have too. Our best-selling Bad Ass Women Blend gets its signature chocolate-cherry flavor primarily from this natural process Honduran coffee. We are excited to share this coffee with you - again- as a small batch release!
