This is a super “fancy” black tea, picked whole leaf. This tea involves a lengthy withering and oxidation process, medium bodied with notes of honey, rose and malt. Very smooth without the bitter overtones of some black teas. Loose leaf. Fun note: gongfu translates to doing something with skill. Steep 5-7 minutes/ Heat 195F Origin: Yunnan Province, China.
